A New IT Revolution

Beleeve: Building the Future of Work

The IT industry is broken
We build something that does make sense

We Beleeve in...

At Beleeve, everything is about work that is right, inside and out. These are the principles we strive for:

Humanity & well-being

Work happiness as a KPI

}

No overtime culture

Mental health care as the norm

Clubhouse workplace feeling

Coaching and reflection as a natural part of your week

No traditional appraisals, but peer-based reflection

Working from a sense of purpose

Inclusion & equality

Inclusion as a mindset, not a project

Freedom in how, where and when you work

Value-driven customers and assignments

Teams as diverse as society

w

Teams hire people themselves

No work version of yourself needed. Who you are is what you bring.

Space for spirituality, emotions and inner drives

Conflicts are not avoided, but lived through in openness

Autonomy & ownership

No job title

h

No job description

No manager

No targets

Rotating leadership

No top-down approval, but collective decision-making

Self-directed teams with real responsibility, without pyramid organizational structure

Z

Teams determine their own goals, roles and practices

Anyone can take initiative, provided it is supported

Scandinavian inspired

Lagom (balance as a base)

Frihet under ansvar (freedom under responsibility)

Arbejdsglæde (pleasure in your work is not an afterthought)

Fika (connecting instead of rushing)

Janteloven (no status, no egos - we do it together)

Growth & development

Annual personal development budget

Time to learn, reflect and innovate

Internal mentors and peer coaching

Transparency & trust

Radical transparency in salaries, promotions and decision-making

It's about purpose, not profit and market share

Trust as a starting point, control only as a last resort

And especially this: We are building a place where you thrive, not disappear. Where work doesn’t take over life, but enriches life.

The bugs of the industry that no one fixes

What goes wrong?

Unfair promotions
Unfair promotions

Promotions are often based on who you know, not what you can do. Salaries are opaque, promotions go to whoever shouts the loudest.

Mock flexibility
Mock flexibility

Flexibility sounds nice, but in practice it just means always on. Autonomy is promised, but control reigns.

Blocked growth
Blocked growth

Your development does not depend on your potential, but on politics. As long as you don’t raise your head above the ground, you will remain stagnant

Conditional authenticity
Conditional authenticity

You can be yourself, as long as you do fit into the picture. Deviance is tolerated as long as it does not chafe.

Various on the outside
Various on the outside

Teams may be colorful, as long as the top remains white and male. Diversity remains a talk for the website.

Inclusion as marketing
Inclusion as marketing

Inclusion is a LinkedIn post in June and silence all year. Visibility is for the outside, not decision making.

No recognition by the workplace
No recognition by the workplace

The floor innovates, management cashes in. Ideas from below disappear into decks with other people’s names on them.

Mental health as an afterthought
Mental health as an afterthought

Mental health is in the newsletter, not the calendar. Coaching and rest are only available when you’re on the edge. Burnout is checked off as a risk, not a signal. As long as the target is met, failure is the price that is factored in.

Visibility without control
Visibility without control

Visibility is celebrated in campaigns, but not translated into influence. You may be seen, but not have a say.

Our Mission

Why Beleeve Is Different

At Beleeve, we have been building a different reality from day one. Not a company that runs on profit maximization for investors, but an organization designed in everything around the people who work there. Everything we earn is given back directly or indirectly to our employees. In time, in space, in development and in ownership. Because people are not a cost. They are the foundation.

Our mission is clear: we want to be the most human workplace in IT. Not “better than the neighbor,” but radically different. A place where you don’t have to survive, but can thrive. Where you feel part of something that is right because it is built on trust, equality and freedom.
With us you don’t have to hold back to belong, we build a system in which you can be whole. Not only your professional side, but everything that makes you human is given space here.

We are transparent about everything: from decision-making to promotions, from pay to strategy. We share responsibility and success.
Everyone has a voice. We make decisions not top down, but together. We believe that the best decisions arise where the knowledge is, and that is usually not in the boardroom.

We base our work culture on insights from Scandinavian countries. Think Lagom (balance), Frihet under ansvar (freedom under responsibility), Janteloven (no status, but equality), Arbejdsglæde (happiness at work as the norm) and Fika: the Swedish ritual of the communal coffee break. Not as a gimmick, but as a foundation.
In addition, we are building an organization that is not fixed in a five-year plan, but is constantly developing, just like the people in it. We listen to signals, adjust where necessary and grow organically with intention as our compass.

Beleeve is more than a company. It is a statement. Living proof that you can build a successful IT organization without losing people in the process.
A place where work is not about control, but about trust. Where you don’t function within a box, but contribute from who you are. Where responsibility is not imposed, but taken, voluntarily, because it’s right.
We’re here to show that it can be done. And better yet: that it works.

Where regulation meets vision

What we do and why the market demands it

At Beleeve, it’s all about how we work, not just what we deliver. And fair is fair: we have not yet defined a fixed IT service. No standardized offering, no slick product catalog. And that’s intentional.

Indeed, the market is crying out for something different. Large companies will be required to report on diversity, inclusion and well-being (CSRD) starting in 2025. Government tenders are increasingly demanding Social Return. Young talent no longer chooses its employer based solely on salary or technology, but on values, culture and humanity. Purpose is no longer optional, it is decisive.

Beleeve anticipates this. We build an IT organization that meets the social and commercial demands of today and tomorrow. Where well-being and inclusion are not marketing, but the foundation of business. Where purpose, psychological safety and transparency are integrated into how we work and what we offer.

Whatever service we end up providing does not change the status quo in which many companies operate. Wherever profits are placed above people, the same problems arise: burnouts, inequality, lack of control and alienation.

So our mission does not depend on the content of the work, but on how we do it. We build a place where people can flourish. Services follow from quality, commitment and a shared vision.

In doing so, we consciously choose assignments that fit our values in terms of content and offer room for people-oriented work. The technical basis is solid, the way we organize it is revolutionary.

Ideally, we have room for everyone: Existing IT professionals, lateral entrants, people with a different background or unconventional path. Beleeve is there for people who want and dare to do things differently.

The real service we provide? A livable workplace in an industry that has forgotten what that looks like.

Why I started Beleeve

Beleeve was born not out of a business plan, but out of frustration.
Out of feeling stuck in a world where humanity ended at the bottom.
Where burnouts were normalized, diversity was used as decoration and work was about performing rather than thriving.

I had everything that was right on paper, but lost myself along the way.
Until I decided that things had to be different.
That we don’t have to accept systems as they are.
And that it’s time to redesign work with people in mind.

"Sometimes instead of improving the system, you have to leave it and start over."

"Beleeve started the moment I could no longer pretend everything was okay."

"We've tried to fit people into systems long enough. Time to build systems around people."

Beleeve is not a workplace. It is a fuck-you to the status quo.
We are not looking for staff. We’re looking for Beleevers.
