Great career, solid title, a resume to be proud of.<br data-start=\"746\" data-end=\"749\">But inside&#8230; it felt like I had lost myself somewhere along the way. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"827\" data-end=\"1095\">In IT, I quickly learned the rules.<br data-start=\"861\" data-end=\"864\">Be sharp. Be fast. Don&#8217;t be too soft.<br data-start=\"907\" data-end=\"910\">I adapted. A little more each time. Until one day I woke up and thought:    <br data-start=\"990\" data-end=\"993\"><em data-start=\"993\" data-end=\"1095\">I work in a sector that is so progressive in technology and so behind on humanity.<\/em><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1097\" data-end=\"1376\">I saw amazing colleagues drop out with burnouts.<br data-start=\"1148\" data-end=\"1151\">Women who gave up, not because they couldn&#8217;t do it, but because they were tired of fighting.<br data-start=\"1239\" data-end=\"1242\">Trans people who didn&#8217;t really fit in anywhere.<br data-start=\"1279\" data-end=\"1282\">And myself?<br data-start=\"1292\" data-end=\"1295\">I played roles to be found credible.<br data-start=\"1349\" data-end=\"1352\">Until I was done with it.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1378\" data-end=\"1553\"><strong data-start=\"1378\" data-end=\"1416\">Beleeve arose from that boundary.<\/strong><br data-start=\"1416\" data-end=\"1419\">The boundary between adapting and living your truth.<br data-start=\"1466\" data-end=\"1469\">Between performing and thriving.<br data-start=\"1497\" data-end=\"1500\">Between surviving and daring to build something that feels right.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1555\" data-end=\"1831\">I no longer believe in systems that burn people out.<br data-start=\"1614\" data-end=\"1617\">I believe in companies where you can breathe.<br data-start=\"1659\" data-end=\"1662\">Where there is room for softness and ambition.<br data-start=\"1703\" data-end=\"1706\">Where inclusion is not a project, but the foundation.<br data-start=\"1759\" data-end=\"1762\">Not because it has to be. But because it is better. Fairer. More humane.   <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1833\" data-end=\"1905\"><strong data-start=\"1833\" data-end=\"1905\">Beleeve is that company. And this time, we rewrite the rules ourselves. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1833\" data-end=\"1905\"><strong data-start=\"1833\" data-end=\"1905\"><\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1912\" data-end=\"2137\">There comes a moment when you can no longer deny it.<br data-start=\"1967\" data-end=\"1970\">That your eyes are open, and you can no longer close them.<br data-start=\"2025\" data-end=\"2028\">That you see how rotten the system actually is and you wonder how we ever started to find this normal.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2139\" data-end=\"2201\">For me, that moment came gradually. And then suddenly, very hard. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2203\" data-end=\"2337\">I worked in the IT sector. For years.<br data-start=\"2240\" data-end=\"2243\">A world full of smart people, big ambitions, technical splendor.<br data-start=\"2307\" data-end=\"2310\">But also a world in which: <\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2339\" data-end=\"2786\">\n<li data-start=\"2339\" data-end=\"2380\">\n<p data-start=\"2341\" data-end=\"2380\">Working overtime was seen as dedication<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2381\" data-end=\"2437\">\n<p data-start=\"2383\" data-end=\"2437\">Burnouts were ticked off as a calculated risk<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2438\" data-end=\"2484\">\n<p data-start=\"2440\" data-end=\"2484\">Flexibility meant: always available<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2485\" data-end=\"2564\">\n<p data-start=\"2487\" data-end=\"2564\">Promotions went to the person with the loudest voice, not the greatest talent<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2565\" data-end=\"2632\">\n<p data-start=\"2567\" data-end=\"2632\">You were allowed to be yourself, as long as it fit within the picture<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2633\" data-end=\"2701\">\n<p data-start=\"2635\" data-end=\"2701\">Salaries are vague and negotiations favor extroverts<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2702\" data-end=\"2739\">\n<p data-start=\"2704\" data-end=\"2739\">Growth is more important than recovery<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2740\" data-end=\"2786\">\n<p data-start=\"2742\" data-end=\"2786\">And success is punished with even more work<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2788\" data-end=\"3444\">I was stuck in that world for too long. In organizations that seemed to revolve around people, but were built on control, hierarchy and profit maximization.<br data-start=\"2943\" data-end=\"2946\">Where beautiful words like &#8220;inclusion&#8221; and &#8220;safety&#8221; were on the website, but in practice it was about KPIs, egos and who you knew.<br data-start=\"3085\" data-end=\"3088\">Where technicians are held responsible for people and results, without the right tools or support.<br data-start=\"3203\" data-end=\"3206\">Where positions standardly require 40 hours, thereby excluding a huge group of part-time talents in advance.<br data-start=\"3325\" data-end=\"3328\">Where money goes to shareholders or investors, instead of to a better workplace or the world outside. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3446\" data-end=\"3708\">I have seen how ideas from the work floor disappear into decks with someone else&#8217;s name on them.<br data-start=\"3532\" data-end=\"3535\">How HR does not protect the culture, but the system.<br data-start=\"3586\" data-end=\"3589\">How \u201cself-management\u201d is praised, but rarely really allowed.<br data-start=\"3646\" data-end=\"3649\">How managers make decisions about people, without people.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3710\" data-end=\"4068\">I have felt what it means to no longer be taken seriously for granted after your transition.<br data-start=\"3813\" data-end=\"3816\">To suddenly be considered &#8216;too soft&#8217;.<br data-start=\"3856\" data-end=\"3859\">To be yourself and still be sidelined.<br data-start=\"3905\" data-end=\"3908\">To have to wear masks until you no longer recognize yourself.<br data-start=\"3969\" data-end=\"3972\">To share ideas that are only taken seriously when someone with &#8216;the right status&#8217; repeats them.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4070\" data-end=\"4391\">And then that sentence:<br data-start=\"4090\" data-end=\"4093\">\u201cWe are quite diverse, aren&#8217;t we?\u201d<br data-start=\"4120\" data-end=\"4123\">Yes. On paper.<br data-start=\"4137\" data-end=\"4140\">As long as the top remains white and male.<br data-start=\"4178\" data-end=\"4181\">As long as deviation is only tolerated if it doesn&#8217;t cause friction.<br data-start=\"4244\" data-end=\"4247\">As long as visibility is something for LinkedIn in June and then becomes quiet again.<br data-start=\"4326\" data-end=\"4329\">As long as inclusion remains a buzzword, but does not receive a mandate. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4393\" data-end=\"4778\">We are all fishing in the same, depleted pond.<br data-start=\"4448\" data-end=\"4451\">We keep saying that it is difficult to find diverse talent, while we refuse to look at things differently.<br data-start=\"4568\" data-end=\"4571\">We build work environments that simply don&#8217;t work for the majority of people.<br data-start=\"4656\" data-end=\"4659\">We develop technicians, not people.<br data-start=\"4698\" data-end=\"4701\">We turn work into something you survive instead of something you grow in.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4780\" data-end=\"4862\">And we continue to find that normal.<br data-start=\"4813\" data-end=\"4816\">Seriously: what on earth are we doing?<\/p>\n<p>Most people do want something different. They just don&#8217;t know how, or feel too small to change the system. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4780\" data-end=\"4862\">\n<p data-start=\"4869\" data-end=\"4930\"><strong data-start=\"4869\" data-end=\"4930\">Beleeve is my answer to everything I&#8217;m fed up with.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4932\" data-end=\"4990\">It&#8217;s not a project. No strategy. No branding story.  <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4992\" data-end=\"5129\">It is my calling.<br data-start=\"5012\" data-end=\"5015\">And if your calling transcends all limiting beliefs, then you know:<br data-start=\"5090\" data-end=\"5093\">It&#8217;s time to take action.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4992\" data-end=\"5129\">\n<p data-start=\"5136\" data-end=\"5408\">I want to build a workplace that feels right.<br data-start=\"5173\" data-end=\"5176\">A place where trust is the starting point, and control is the last resort.<br \/>Because control does not create safety. It creates false security.<br data-start=\"1912\" data-end=\"1915\">Real safety arises when people are allowed to be themselves. Not because it is in a handbook, but because the system is built on trust.  <\/p>\n<p>Where you don&#8217;t have a title, but your own rhythm. Your own path.<br data-start=\"5319\" data-end=\"5322\">Where work does not exhaust, but nourishes.<br \/>Where you don&#8217;t have to choose between humanity and professionalism.<br data-start=\"2791\" data-end=\"2794\">Where your whole self is welcome, not just the parts that look good on LinkedIn.<br data-start=\"5356\" data-end=\"5359\">Not occasionally with a fun outing, but every day. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"5410\" data-end=\"5809\">Where you flourish because you are human. Not in spite of.<br data-start=\"5460\" data-end=\"5463\">Where there is room for softness. For recovery. For who you are, not just what you deliver.<br data-start=\"5553\" data-end=\"5556\">Where employees are invited to bring their full selves: Emotions, intuition, vulnerability, even spirituality.<br data-start=\"5684\" data-end=\"5687\">Work is not acting. You don&#8217;t have to chop yourself into pieces to be professional. Humanity belongs to work.     <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"5811\" data-end=\"5847\">I want to put an end to a sector that:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"5849\" data-end=\"6084\">\n<li data-start=\"5849\" data-end=\"5889\">\n<p data-start=\"5851\" data-end=\"5889\">Burns out technicians for the deadline<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"5890\" data-end=\"5945\">\n<p data-start=\"5892\" data-end=\"5945\">Uses diversity for PR, not for decision-making<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"5946\" data-end=\"5987\">\n<p data-start=\"5948\" data-end=\"5987\">Manages purpose instead of living it<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"5988\" data-end=\"6028\">\n<p data-start=\"5990\" data-end=\"6028\">Considers profit more important than well-being<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"6029\" data-end=\"6084\">\n<p data-start=\"6031\" data-end=\"6084\">And dehumanizes work under the guise of \u201cefficiency\u201d<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"6086\" data-end=\"6109\">I want a company that:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"6111\" data-end=\"6687\">\n<li data-start=\"6111\" data-end=\"6179\">\n<p data-start=\"6113\" data-end=\"6179\">Does not celebrate diversity with stickers, but anchors it in structure<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"6180\" data-end=\"6249\">\n<p data-start=\"6182\" data-end=\"6249\">No leadership out of ego or fear of losing control, but people who take the lead when it feels right<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"6250\" data-end=\"6322\">\n<p data-start=\"6252\" data-end=\"6322\">Does not see profit as the highest goal, but as a means for humanity<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"6250\" data-end=\"6322\">\n<p data-start=\"6252\" data-end=\"6322\">Money is not the goal. Impact is the course. And people are the compass  <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"6323\" data-end=\"6430\">\n<p data-start=\"6325\" data-end=\"6430\">Carries out annual impact projects. Not out of obligation, but from the intrinsic motivation of the team <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"6431\" data-end=\"6499\">\n<p data-start=\"6433\" data-end=\"6499\">Is committed to social impact, education, and the greater whole<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"6500\" data-end=\"6552\">\n<p data-start=\"6502\" data-end=\"6552\">Does not want to become bigger, but better. And fairer <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"6553\" data-end=\"6687\">\n<p data-start=\"6555\" data-end=\"6687\">Works from a different principle: no MVP, but a <strong data-start=\"6607\" data-end=\"6635\">Minimum Loveable Product<\/strong>: something people love because it feels good<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"6689\" data-end=\"7048\">I want to build a culture based on the best of what I have seen:<br data-start=\"6764\" data-end=\"6767\"><strong data-start=\"6767\" data-end=\"6776\">Lagom<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"6778\" data-end=\"6786\">Fika<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"6788\" data-end=\"6804\">Arbejdsgl\u00e6de<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"6806\" data-end=\"6829\">Frihet under ansvar<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"6830\" data-end=\"6833\">No empty terms but proven working principles from cultures where well-being is not a side issue.<br data-start=\"6921\" data-end=\"6924\">Scandinavian softness combined with technological sharpness.<br data-start=\"6990\" data-end=\"6993\">A company as a counterweight. As a reset. As an alternative.  <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"7050\" data-end=\"7388\"><strong data-start=\"7050\" data-end=\"7073\">Human-centered tech<\/strong><br data-start=\"7073\" data-end=\"7076\">Technology is not a goal in itself. It is a powerful tool if you build it with people as the starting point.<br data-start=\"7185\" data-end=\"7188\">Beleeve chooses technology that supports, connects, strengthens.<br data-start=\"7256\" data-end=\"7259\">Not the fastest, but the most meaningful solution.<br data-start=\"7315\" data-end=\"7318\">Not optimizing to optimize, but designing for life. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"7390\" data-end=\"7789\">And we don&#8217;t do that top-down.<br data-start=\"7419\" data-end=\"7422\">Decision-making takes place decentrally, via trust, transparency and shared ownership.<br data-start=\"7512\" data-end=\"7515\">No leadership based on power, but on the basis of roles, trust and collective intelligence. Because leadership is not a function. It is a moment. Sometimes you stand up. Sometimes me. And sometimes we just listen. That is enough.<br data-start=\"7618\" data-end=\"7621\">Organizations are not machines. They are living systems, with their own direction and rhythm.<br data-start=\"7717\" data-end=\"7720\">At Beleeve, we listen together to where it wants to go.
